Response kept indicating that my mail address was not the same as you had on file. I don't know what you had on file. I had other ISP's since I used your service the first time. I am still not sure if I am on a trial run or on my $29.00 subscription.That is the reason for the rating. As far as your service keeping the CPU safe I have no complaint. Works great.

Total AV is an excellent anti virus product but it only gets 4stars because of the price of renewal
